Direct primary care · Canton, New York
A doctor you can actually reach.
Hadian Medical is a direct primary care practice — one doctor, a flat monthly membership, and no insurance company in the middle of it. Visits last as long as they need to, you have my cell number, and you always see me.
What changes when you drop the insurance billing
Direct primary care is simple: you pay me a monthly membership instead of a third party paying me per visit. Everything below follows from that one change.
- Visit length
- 7 to 15 minutes, one problem at a time
- 30 to 60 minutes, as many things as you brought
- Getting in
- Weeks out, then urgent care for anything sooner
- Same or next day, nearly always
- Between visits
- A portal message, answered by someone eventually
- Call or text me directly
- What it costs
- A copay, then a bill months later
- One monthly fee. No copays, no surprise bills
What your membership covers
Everything here is included in the monthly fee. Nothing on this page is billed per visit.
Unhurried visits
Direct access by call or text
Chronic condition management
Annual physicals & screening
Basic in-office procedures
In accordance with New York State law, labs and imaging are ordered as needed and billed to you directly by the lab or imaging facility.
Membership
One price, published here, the same for everyone. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
No contracts — month to month, cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
No copays, no per-visit charges, no facility fees.
One-time $100 enrollment fee — waived if you join by December 31, 2026.
Employers: ask me about covering a small team.
Membership is not health insurance. It covers primary care only. Most members pair it with a high-deductible or catastrophic plan for hospital stays, surgeries, or specialist care — happy to talk through how the two fit together before you join.
Dr. Kimberly Hadian
Founder · Family medicine
I grew up in Smiths Falls, Ontario — a small town not so different from Canton. I know what it means to live in a close-knit community where people look out for each other, work hard, and expect the same honesty and effort in return. Those small-town values are at the heart of how I practice medicine.
My path to the North Country started with hockey. I had the opportunity to play hockey at Clarkson University, joining in the early days of the current women's program. Being part of building something new taught me a lot about hard work, discipline, and showing up for your teammates — lessons that have stuck with me ever since.
I opened this direct primary care practice to get back to what I believe medicine should be — no rushed visits, no insurance middlemen, just straightforward, personal healthcare for my neighbors.
I'm a mom to four young kids, so I understand how precious time is, and how important it is to have a doctor who's accessible when you need one. That's exactly the kind of care I want to offer this community — the same care I'd want for my own family.
